Scott is proud to steer the team that’s revolutionising recruitment. A highly experienced executive psychologist, business leader and HR practitioner, Scott oversees Predikt-r’s strategy and governance. But he’s far from ‘hands-off’.

Since seizing the opportunity to transform shortlisting, the leadership team has worked together to create a purpose-built platform – with a laser-focus on real commercial outcomes. Scott works across every area, galvanising the team’s individual specialities in organisational psychology, HR, data science, artificial intelligence, psychometric surveys and business development. Scott credits their success to a united vision, incredible raft of experience, and the perfect combination of skills and styles. Plus a good daily dose of humour and healthy banter.

He has been at the forefront of lifting organisational capability in challenging environments, from driving leadership skills and staff engagement to process improvement and workplace safety. Now he runs Predikt-r’s engine room: making sure our foundation of technology, assessments and evidence-based outcomes are all grounded in the most advanced research and exhaustively tested systems. His expertise means we know it will work, every time: with short-term ease for candidates and employers plus long-term business returns.

And he’s the man for the job: with qualifications in both Information Technology and Project Management, as well as vast senior leadership experience across retail, telecommunications, education and public safety. Justin has orchestrated some fascinating forays into artificial intelligence and predictive analysis, including Advantage Punter (gifting 140% ROI to subscribers who followed its predictions for one of Australia’s biggest horse races). He also spearheaded UK charity BiYP’s (Believe in Young People’s) state-of-the-art algorithms to accurately measure 30,000 students’ behaviours, abilities and interests to develop the right career path and find suitable local employment.
